fix: use solana @metamask/key-tree@9.1.2

Explanation

Fix solana account creation. With "@metamask/key-tree": "^10.1.1" I can see a lot of errors in console and snap doesn't work. The "@metamask/key-tree": "9.1.2" it the last pre-migration version that works.
