This pull request adds new localization files for several languages in the
packages/snap/localesdirectory. These files provide translations for user interface messages related to transaction confirmations, error handling, and security warnings. The content of the messages is currently in English, serving as a placeholder or initial step towards full localization.New localization support:
de-DE.json), Greek (el-GR.json), Latin American Spanish (es-419.json), French (fr-FR.json), Hindi (hi-IN.json), Indonesian (id-ID.json), and Japanese (ja-JP.json).
