Bumpy Bot 2.0

Pre bag day snapshot for working code.
We're still migrating to the Prod Robot, but at last check all the motors worked and most stuff seemed okay.
Auton still needs recalibrated and stuff.

2018 Robot - Mark 2

Made some auton updates and fixed bugs.

Robot basic teliop and some stuff

I think this build is stable enough for us to be an annoying bumpy-bot.
