What changes to the docs does this PR provide?

Other information

  • Update on the "Community Toolkit" as a community toolkit, should be free in my opinion, or at least, suggest a different approach to not limit the "user" in "his" process or action especially during a Microsoft Learn class, suggesting to buy a product to experiment with design thinking animation... Improving inclusivity and production side-of-things, simply with a "free" saas! Suggesting to remove "paid" saas during this Microsoft Learn activities classes, for "any" general audience.
  • Business, Org or Partner have discounts, rebate or free access in many cases. To open the floor to the community and reflect title such as "CommunityToolKits", we need continuous improvements with Microsoft docs. There is no way we can guide a user to start an onboarding process, that require a paid product as external saas, and not suggesting any alternative.
