About The Pull Request

Adds useful, first step items to the standard BioGen, which a circuit exists in the club lathe room. Also removes the Leather and Medical items because those belong to NT.

Adjusts recipe timers to the most reasonable tenth, as setting the timer to 5 or 15 or 25 automatically adjusts to a tenth.

Why It's Good For The Game

So cooking is more complicated and rewarding. Problem is, it's more complicated. Let's make the basic steps easier so it's less tedious and daunting to newbies.
