Empath quirk viewing now works with huds

you can no longer see the quirks of someone with their face covered, description update to reflect this

Why It's Good For The Game

empath not working with huds is a bug, bit annoying to need to remove your glasses to use it

empath being able to see the quirks of people with their face covered, primarily unknowns, but also anyone with a non matching ID or similar case, allows them to instantly tell they aren't that person if they know that persons quirks, or know who a unknown is later if they see someone with the exact same quirks, was a oversight and something I didn't consider until recently, pretty niche issue haven't seen it happen yet but don't think its a great way of being outted.
Makes sense thematically too, harder to tell stuff about someone you cant see face of, minor description update to reflect this

Testing

tested by inspecting dummys on runtime with and without mask and with and without huds
