moves silicon upload boards to a cargo order

About The Pull Request

cant print them anymore, gotta order them from cargo. costs 2k and is locked behind AI upload access.

Why It's Good For The Game

currently department lathes are not well guarded so if the tech is researched anyone can make their own upload and subvert the AI without much resistance. this makes it require more effort since you have to obtain a board through cargo or break into secure tech storage.
