About The Pull Request

So. some people (me) complain that the storyteller is a... little too crazy at times, its been Midnight Sun for so many shifts, its no longer "Oh fuck! this is gonna be a doozy!" and is now "tuesday". So, lets try something of an experiment. Cut storyteller point gain by half, increase roundstart antag prob to balance. thats it.

Might make storytellers feel alike to each other, but thats... a bit of a thing already.

Why It's Good For The Game

*shrug, maybe, maybe not, it might be wise to see how potentially calmer shifts play out.

Testing

No idea what im doing, no testing done.

Can you reduce vampire chance or something? I've seen like a billion vampire mulligans and vampire antags. I've seen 2 clockwork cults, 1 bloodcult, and few operatives but vampires CONSTANTLY spawn.

I think that a change like this might make this swap from one extreme to another. As in, we are gonna go from intense rounds to snorefests.

Instead of this PR I think we should wait for a more full refactor as a whole.

With the typo out of the way the other thing I must point out is this giving myself a refresher on how storytellers work somewhat for this pr.
Roundstart antag's are guaranteed 100% by storytellers with the exception of The sleeper (The storyteller that spawns minimal antagonists) and the clown (a admin storyteller) as monkestation\code\modules\storytellers\storytellers\_storyteller.dm line 38 Has the variable guarantees_roundstart_roleset set to true. While this is true roundstart_prob won't effect anything. Meaning this just spawns a antagonist 25% more of the time for sleepers. As clown has a unique value for roundstart prob.

The rate of antags spawning would be addressed but so would all events. Not just midrounds. Including mundane events.
