About the PR
Allowed the WSPR to shoot any 7.62x39mm ammo like the Annie.
Why / Balance
This makes the weapon much more viable for use by mercs taking it in their loadout as the subsonic ammo isn't printable without unique tech as was done with the MLA rifle recently.
This also gives the weapon more versatility and makes it better match the Annie in it's abilities since the WSPR is meant to be the PDV counterpart to it and the Annie can use both subsonic and any other 7.62x39mm ammo as well.
