Clarified thruster exhaust path requirements and added specific space recommendations for thrusters.

Capitals should have a case by case basis due to their large size and uses. |
Thrusters have been changed to "keep exhaust free" with 3 tiles for small and 7 for large Capital part I'll let you add that personally. |

TODO: add ruling about consistent ship mounts (high tech ship uses lasers lowtech rust bucket uses ballistic, EMP exempt for boarding encouragement for pirate focused ships) |

Probably add a section in regards to EMP weaponry should be on a seperated tab - so energy focused armament ships get missiles and ballistic focused armaments get energy EMPs - etc. |
