…e 0.5.28. Testnet is on protocol 27, whose SorobanCredentials addressV2 variant stellar-sdk 15.x cannot decode. Bump to @stellar/stellar-sdk ^16.1.0 (and the moonlight-sdk / colibri deps that carry it) so the graph resolves to a single 16.1.0.

@stellar/stellar-sdkto^16.1.0(and the moonlight-sdk 0.13.0 / colibri 0.23 deps that carry 16.x), so the graph resolves to a single 16.1.0. Lock committed pinning the resolved versions.Validated in the full local e2e (all 6 suites passed). Patch bump to 0.5.28.
