v0.1.0 Developer usability release

This release is good enough usability wise to be used by its main developer (and anyone else willing to sideload a roku channel). Sideloading can be done with this process.

Basic V2 casting from the grayjay app mostly works (except changing playback speed and volume from grayjay). see the README support table for more details.
