Meeting Notes July 30

###Issue Tracker It is working well for us; the tags are generally effective in sorting issues, and it is nice to have every outstanding issue in one place.

###Discord Channels We will clean up outdated and unused channels and transfer their content to the issue tracker or wiki as appropriate.

###Wiki We have one! Please feel free to use it for reference, and add material to it. We are going to add a CONTRIBUTING.md file referencing the wiki to make it easier for new team members to find it.

###Releases We plan on doing all releases as stable releases to Steam, at least for now. @nCrazed proposed that high quality and up-to-date changelogs would be helpful in making releases easy; he is in charge of creating a changelog structure and process. Please follow the changelog process he develops.

###Current Projects We continue to focus on midgame events. Colony events are encouraged as a good way of doing midgame events.

We would like to finish the Ancient Robots event and the Brainworm crisis fix. @nCrazed said he could take over brainworms in about a week if nobody else got to it first. Anyone interested is encouraged to work on these. See #79, #75, and #25 (and associated comments) for more on these.

###Event Guidelines Events should note plagiarize or violate copyright. References or inspiration to existing works should be limited to that -- so no including a character called "Luke Skywalker". All assets included in the mod should be to enhance events, so you can add a new ship if it improves an event, but not just because you want a new ship.
