This is the tag for MAGE1.0 CCMC pre-release (MAGE_CCMC_1.0.0-rc1)

The following features are implemented for tiegcmrun:

• Support for Engage scrpots (makeitso alternative for GTR runs)
• Support for Derecho and Pleiades*
• Automated SOURCE file population if present in $TIEGCMDATA
• Segmentation using bash scripts with "qsub -W depend=afterok" for job queue

*Pleiades is currently having issues running TIEGCM due to the module set. The error makes TIEGCM unable to write to netCDF files causing the run to crash. Currently working with NAS support to find a solution for this.
