This is not really a PR yet, just an example of how we can implement pagination without changing too much of the current codebase and without installing new libraries apart from the htmx JS CDN. The current solution is fully working on the routers page where all routers are listed, but it is not fully functional on other pages such as cables, docker, services, etc. The goal is to evaluate the current changes and see if we can expand them throughout the rest of the pages and the project to fully implement pagination.
