philosopher bioquant [flags]

Flags

--id

UniProt proteome ID for retrieving annotation features.

--level

clustering identity level (default 0.9)

Example

Cluster all reported proteins with at least 85% identity level:

philosopher bioquant --level 0.85

Cluster all reported proteins and retrieve annotation data from UniProt:

philosopher bioquant --id UP000005640
