New Lipstick UI: Graph level properties are inaccessible

Currently nothing in the graph level properties object is visible in the ui. This is especially important with adapted jobs since this is where the script and username is contained. This relates to a side issue of how to display large bodies of text for properties. A treetable will no longer be enough.
