Fix

• Corrected every mismatched event and added the 4 missing ones.
• Added the 5 missing functions and fixed `update_agent`'s description.
• Replaced the error list with all 51 real `VaultError` variants.
• Regenerated `contract-spec.json` and `packages/vault-client/src/generated/vault.ts`.

`python3 scripts/validate-spec.py` now passes clean (62/62 functions,
32/32 events, 51/51 error codes, all field names matching).
