Lay the foundation for creating the standard library for nuru. For now, the copy @victorKariuki's third_party math package is used. There are some modifications (stylings) that have been made. Since the stdlib is not yet understood by the interpretor, this is mostly __future__ work. Signed-off-by: Gekko Wrld <[email protected]>
