Summary

Addon	Purpose
`shopify_connector`	GraphQL-first Shopify product, inventory, customer, order, fulfillment, webhook, and operability synchronization
`shopify_connector_account`	Shopify Payments payout, fee, dispute, and reconciliation support with balanced accounting plans
`shopify_connector_pos`	Shopify POS routing, cash-rounding, location, and delivery integration

This migrates the addons from Sawir Studio/shopify-odoo-connector. Their development history remains available in that repository. The 69 standalone library tests were ported into addon-native Odoo TransactionCase suites.

Testing

OCA pre-commit run --all-files
Local Odoo 19.0 with OCA queue_job
Fresh database install of all three addons with their complete test tags: 121 tests, 0 failed, 0 errors

Done — the PR now contains only the base shopify_connector module (single [ADD] commit, rebased on 19.0). shopify_connector_account and shopify_connector_pos will follow in separate PRs once this one lands. Thanks for the review, @pedrobaeza!
