I'm opening this issue to open discussion about something that is not really a problem, but that I found a little odd.
While we're on the portal, the Helpdesk card is the only one that allows to add "New" records directly from the portal as a direct action, while the rest in some cases allow to add new records but only once you are under that section. Which is also the case for helpdesk
So, my question/debate is this, shouldn't we remove the "+ New" button as a direct access, sacrificing practicality for UI/UX coherence? I would even say the icon is coherent in style, but not in size 😅. I know this is a minor thing, is not even a problem, but it easily solvable and IMO it increases quality perception. What do you think?
