Added GENROUwS model for the synchronous machine and a 2-bus example with the generator connected to an infinite bus by a transmission line. Example results verified against Powerworld model.
This is just a preview. The machine model is functional but not quite in line with GridKit standards in terms of template parameters.
Also need to add a test for the GENROU model to the CI pipeline.
