  • I removed the dynamic test because it's complex, time-consuming and might now be supported on newer OS versions. Anyway, there is no guarantee that the files will be excluded from the backup, which is the reason I removed this test completely.
  • I converted the static test to a new format and inform the users about "no guarantee" at every API usage
