About the PR
I added 2 new maps/POIs, NewMedical ( a new and updated Medical dispatch ) and Shipyrd ( a Shipyard POI for making, breaking and modifying ships )
Why / Balance
Base medical dispatch is a frontier relic. The shipyard is non intrusive POI for people who need to interact with their ship or abandoned ones, as well as fuel up and get/sell cargo.
