There are two main improvements here:

  1. I fixed a bug when the Notes data path contains spaces and changed the way the app launches to work around a problem on my system where it would indefinitely hang in launching
  2. Added support for specifying a database ACL in the pom.xml, since Swiper tends to remove those from database.properties
