Adds apps/5dive/ — 5dive, a self-hosted agent runtime where you bring your own OpenRouter key and pick the model per agent.

What it is

5dive runs coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, pi and others) as always-on systemd services on a box you own, each with its own memory, skills and Telegram channel. OpenRouter is how you choose what any of them runs on: you supply your own key, set a model per agent, and swap it live without restarting the agent.

Docs for the OpenRouter path specifically: https://blog.5dive.ai/blog/one-openrouter-key-any-model/

Against the checklist in CONTRIBUTING

  • Uses OpenRouter for model access — yes, it is the recommended provider path.
  • Users bring their own OpenRouter key — yes; there is no proxy and no key of ours in the loop. The key stays on the user's own box.
  • Publicly accessiblehttps://5dive.ai
  • Logoapps/5dive/logo.png, 256x256.
  • Traction / notability — being straight about this rather than dressing it up: the open-source repo is at 54 stars and 9 forks (https://github.com/5dive-ai/5dive), so we are a small project, not a large one. The honest case for inclusion is the shape rather than the size — self-hosted, per-agent model selection over a user's own key, no vendor proxy — which is a niche the directory does not currently cover. Entirely your call if that is below the bar.

README.md is untouched, per CONTRIBUTING.

Self-hosted agent runtime with per-agent OpenRouter model selection
using the user's own key.
