   This unit is already done and open for review: #69 is a byte-identical re-queue of #67 (only the plan-file SHA in the trailing URL differs, and plans/julia-1-13.md is not among the files changed between 7c7f6fe and b1b3598), and #67's work is PR #68 — not draft, MERGEABLE, all five checks green: Julia 1.12 ubuntu 12m55s, 1.12 windows 14m25s, 1.13 ubuntu 7m9s, 1.13 windows 12m34s, docs build 3m47s.

   I checked #68's diff against each item of this thread rather than trusting its title. docs/Project.toml's julia entry moves with the root one (both 1.11, 1.12 -> 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, plus Pkg/Printf in the root and Test in test/Project.toml). bin/install's selector is 1.12/1.13, its whole Julia-1.11 arm is gone and the manifest copy collapses to Manifest-v${julia_major}.toml.default. bin/create_sys_image's juliaup add/default 1.11 is now the same refusal bin/install gives, and bin/install's own juliaup default became an exported JULIAUP_CHANNEL, so neither touches the box; bin/update_default_manifest and bin/autopilot moved with them. The CI matrix is 1.12/1.13 and the Windows-only cache if: went with the cell it excluded. The examples/, test/ and docs/ Manifest-v1.12.toml files are live gitignored files, not tracked — only the root .default manifests are — and .gitignore gained an unanchored Manifest-v1.13.toml, which covers all three subdirectories.

   So I changed nothing here and pushed nothing; this branch is still at main. One thing for #68's reviewer, not a second PR: Manifest-v1.11.toml.default is renamed to 1.13 rather than kept, so 1.11 has no tracked default and bin/install refuses it, while the root Project.toml still declares julia = "1.11, 1.12, 1.13". Whether that range should drop 1.11 is a decision on #68. Reviewing or merging #68 closes this out; #69 can be closed as a duplicate of #67.
