cancelled run whose replacement hasn't finished, so the tests matrix
(test-rust, test-rust-main, the binding suites, build-prqlc*), the
nightly-only jobs (test-msrv, test-deps-min-versions, nightly/*),
measure-code-cov and check-links-markdown are unverified at the time of
this approval.

Verified locally instead: cargo test -p prqlc --test integration builds and
the 16 rstest-generated cases pass. None of 0.27.0's behavioural changes reach
this repo — prqlc/prqlc/tests/integration/sql.rs is the only rstest consumer
and uses #[case::name(...)] exclusively, so the new doc-comment override for
#[values(...)] names can't shift any test name, and there is no #[trace]
or mut argument for the other fix to touch. The 1.85.0 MSRV bump matches the
workspace rust-version, and proc-macro-crate was already at 3.4.0 in the
lockfile.
