Refactored file browsing and merging functionality, added duplicate removal option, and improved logging.
Added a checkbox to remove duplicates during merge.
Updated target framework version from v4.5 to v4.8.
Added a new feature to automatically detect and skip duplicate items during the merge process, with default settings enabled.
