Description
prophetnet模型meta中inf、nan，由于PaddleNLP不再提供prophetnet的预训练模型，故用Huggingface上的模型参数更新meta数据。original_name。其中NLP样本也更新了model.py，主要原因应该是develop对pir_program进行了优化，删除了其中一些冗余的assign算子，使得模型代码更干净。
