本PR修改内容如下：
SubgraphGenerator，拷贝原始样本的graph_net.json作为子图样本的graph_net.json。MIN_SEQ_OPS默认值为4device_rewrite步骤前置后，generate_op_names和generate_split_point由于不支持配置device，会出现约30%的错误率。故这两个步骤改回从GRAPH_NET_ROOT样本来分析，不影响生成的subgraph_ranges结果。TODO：添加device支持。dimension_generalizer不支持配置device，会出大于10%的device相关的错误。TODO：添加device支持。subgraph_ranges，移除子图抽取和后续的重命名、去重步骤；（2）子图维度泛化后，添加重命名、去重步骤。
