Version 1.0

First version of this extension. What it does :

• Downloads a SVG of the blocks of a Makecode project
• Has an option for "high contrast" blocks (the blocks strokes are black instead of regular color to ease readability (eg if you print an image of the blocks on paper it can be difficult ot differentiate some Math blocks from each other)
