At some point we want to render to images (to record the background image), instead of always using the swapchain every time.
This moves some of the functions that currently reside in the SwapChain to the Frame struct.
I also found an issue in the image layout transition, apparently transitioning from UNDEFINED is allowed to discard all previous data, instead, for the image upload command, I assumed it was already in READ_OPTIMAL, which is the case for the text rendering.
