Java-Programming

What is Java? In essence, Java is 2 things. First, Java may be a programming and computing platform. Sun Microsystems first released it in 1995. Today, it's widely utilized in a spread of various websites. In fact, numerous applications and websites simply won't run unless you have got Java installed.

Java is easier to use than other programming languages, like C++, partially because it uses an object-oriented programming model. In object-oriented programming, concepts are represented as “objects” that have data fields and associated methods. In object-oriented programming, models called “objects” represent either a programming entity or an abstract project. Although, they're assembled independently of 1 another, all of those objects together form a full piece of software. In Java, these “objects” are a part of “classes” and that they inherit the code common to the category. Object-oriented programming presents variety of various advantages. specifically, it reduces the likelihood of great errors in codes. It also makes it easier to switch and maintain existing code. Overall, this code use and code recycling makes coding rather more efficient.

In addition to a programming and computer platform, Java is additionally a program, or a “run-time environment” that you just can install on any computer, smartphone, or mobile device so as to run Java-based applications.

How is Java Used?

In today’s world, Java has a vast variety of different uses. For example, Java is used for web-applications like Google docs, as well as for things like mobile games. Perhaps most notably, Java is widely used to build small application modules or applets for use as part of a web page. Basically, developers use it to create applications on your computer. Apache Maven

Maven is a build automation tool used primarily for Java projects. Maven can also be used to build and manage projects written in C#, Ruby, Scala, and other languages. The Maven project is hosted by the Apache Software Foundation, where it was formerly part of the Jakarta Project.

Apache Tomcat

The Apache Tomcat® software is an open source implementation of the Jakarta Servlet, Jakarta Server Pages, Jakarta Expression Language, Jakarta WebSocket, Jakarta Annotations and Jakarta Authentication specifications. These specifications are part of the Jakarta EE platform. The Jakarta EE platform is the evolution of the Java EE platform. Tomcat 10 and later implement specifications developed as part of Jakarta EE. Tomcat 9 and earlier implement specifications developed as part of Java EE.The Apache Tomcat software is developed in an open and participatory environment and released under the Apache License version 2. The Apache Tomcat project is intended to be a collaboration of the best-of-breed developers from around the world. We invite you to participate in this open development project. To learn more about getting involved, click here.Apache Tomcat software powers numerous large-scale, mission-critical web applications across a diverse range of industries and organizations. Some of these users and their stories are listed on the PoweredBy wiki page.

Apache Tomcat, Tomcat, Apache, the Apache feather, and the Apache Tomcat project logo are trademarks of the Apache Software Foundation.

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the repo and clone it in your local machine.
  2. Create branch with your name
  3. For each problem solution you wish to add. First create folder of the with the problem name and add solution file with your name. For example Pranit.cpp
  4. Create pull request and wait for reviewing and merging
