  • give session commit ordering one owner while preserving cancellation, nested hooks, and branch navigation.
  • add nine race-focused cases; all 257 focused tests and repository checks pass, with live validation pending.
  • stacked on 2. modularize session runtime #2185; continues eng-5938 without changing public behavior or protocols.
