About the PR
This PR adds a new type of borgs: those being science borgs! These new cyborgs entirely replace generic borgs in any science work, as generics lost their whitelist to science modules, with it being instead moved to this new cyborg type.
They of course have a unique lawset, description and sprite, and start with the tool, artifact and anomaly modules.
To make these cyborgs make more sense and be able to help out science more, I added one new module and modified an existing one with a new item.
The new module is the advanced anomaly module, which has a recharging CHIMP handcannon (It recharges 30 capacity per second, just like the advanced laser pistol), 2 anom scanners, both anom locator types, a hand labeller, and slots for reinforced glass, reinforced plasma glass and plasteel. You acquire it by researching the advanced anomaly research tech!
The new item is the light x-ray emitter! This gadget fires EXTREMELY SLOW MOVING PROJECTILES (half of that of a chimp projectile) which deal 8 radiation damage upon hitting your target! It also shoots slower (1 firerate over the 1.5 of a chimp), and uses more power per shot, making it have 8 shots on full charge! This item is used to trigger radiation nodes from a distance, and also easily trigger radiation artifact nodes WITHOUT conflicting with physical damage nodes on artifacts! You can print it for 5 steel, 3 glass, 1.5 plastic and 0.5 uranium at your science techfab, once you research basic xenoarcheology!
The recharging version of this emitter has been added to the artifact module for cyborgs. It also recharges at the same rate as the CHIMP one.

Also even in the code for sci modules from base game it is mentioned to make more sci modules when sci borgs eventually exist. So. Here they finally are. Generics can now fuck off and do misc stuff whilst the science ones are purely dedicated to trying not to explode with science.
