Silly people think emagging is the same as hacking

If you use syndicate contraband as a member of command you should most definitely be getting into legal trouble

I'm 99% sure this sop was copied from some ss13 server where hacking lathes is actually a thing
Using an emag is a far cry from snipping some wires with a couple of tools

• fix: No QM, you are not allowed to emag your lathes.

Minor edit demand, change atmos technician on the PTL box to be any engineer no need to give atmos additional power here they are as good as any old engi they just have more work. Also update the PR description to include the PTL things.

Additionaly move the PTL thing from QM sop to cargo SOP.

ill move it but i think its better to keep it as atmos
atmosians are generally more experienced and i dont think cargo should be making ptls without a teg or an sm setup

Remove clause 3 that is normal space law, ALSO change atmos tech in clause 13 to ANY engineer.
