NephoVis 1.1.0

Mostly same functionality as v1.0.0, but with object oriented code, flexibility to accept data from neural networks and some additional enhancements.

Altostratus

Old, useless files have been removed.
The index looks nicer, with a blue theme.
Functionalities have not been modified and the code could be cleaner, but it is viable.

Stratocumulus

Relatively viable version, especially for levels 1 and 2.
