- Trim README from 649 to 230 lines, keeping only developer-relevant content (architecture overview, tech stack, project structure, local dev setup, CI, doc links)
- Remove detailed design sections already covered in docs/ and .github
- Update ARCHITECTURE_COMPARISON with Choreography pattern details
- Update load-test-plan with v1 vs v2 comparison strategy
- Update performance-analysis with Alert Worker 2-process structure
- Remove redundant PERFORMANCE_TEST_GUIDE and load-testing docs
- Add CHOREOGRAPHY_PATTERN and MQTT_IOT_PROTOCOL docs
