Settle the working group's name: Language and Semantics or Language and Formal Semantics #7
Description
@akshayshanker, as co-chairs we need to settle the working group's name. Since 2026-08-25 the group's site and README have said "Language and Semantics", but several other places in both repositories still say "Language and Formal Semantics", including the published special-issue proposal.

Once we've chosen, these should all change together so the two repositories agree. Both PDFs print the name in their author line, so the special-issue proposal and the buffer stock model description from #5 will need rebuilding.
