Removes all usage of wuhey in emotes and round end
Removes all mira content i could find. plushie, bar sign, impish clothing. I might have overlooked something

If you want you can do another PR to remove imp/upstream maps since we won't be using them, might genuinely be easier than doing the surgery work to remove all these items and will save us a lot of headache upmerging. Just you know, in another PR

impish hair was added by den and therefore probably not related to mira so i didn't remove it

Have you merged in from the latest master? I think some of the build errors were fixed by imp stuff that we've merged in, relating to do with "Kog, The Green Finger" an ungu with anomalocarid kidneys supposedly.
