Why / Balance

Fixes yaml linter errors, some missing ftls, and a good few ERROR sprites

Media

ported back in tusks for ipcs, gave arachnid parts rsi a proper meta.json, commented out some trinkets that were broken and wont be ported just yet.

Requirements

• I have tested all added content and changes.
• I have added media to this PR or it does not require an ingame showcase.
