This pull request creates some concrete fixes/refactors

Fixes and refactoring

  • Post-install behaviour improvements: detecting a packageManager field or lock file in the template to pick the right tool
  • improve figlet usage: simplify (and avoid the callback)
  • improve Yargs usage: define explicit flags
  • TypeScript structure improvements
  • Extend createDirectoryContents
  • Misleading error messages
  • improve validation
