update gitignore and osmosis, bitsong versions

📝Summary:

• group_vars/osmosis_1: binary version update to v29.0.0 (reference: https://polkachu.com/networks/osmosis)
• group_vars/bitsong_2b: binary version update to v0.22.0 (reference: https://noders.services/mainnet-networks/bitsong/install/)
• .gitignore : updated to better align with the structure and workflows of the Ansible repository.
  • ignored hosts.txt, host_vars/, group_vars/, configs/, and backups/ to exclude inventory and configuration files.
  • excluded IDE-specific directories: .idea/ and .vscode/
  • added recursive ignore for macOS .DS_Store files (**/.DS_Store)
  • included patterns for common temp and backup files: *.log, *.bak, *.swp
