The first publication run correctly stopped before scanning or signing because the workflow used the pre-restructure
server/egresspath. OpenSandbox main now owns this component undercomponents/egress; point both the trigger and BuildKit context there. All declared contexts and Dockerfiles now resolve on the merged tree, and the workflow YAML parses locally.
