Bump amd-llvm for hotswap entry trampolines

Updates compiler/amd-llvm from aa451e1fe6a793394d6733051b1778633063ae96 to b02efb635cf574e05f3f3b40c48a80b7cb00c226.

The new amd-llvm commit is a cherry-pick of ROCm/llvm-project#3008 on top of TheRock's current amd-llvm SHA. The supporting llvm branch is ROCm/llvm-project:users/harsh-amd/therock-amd-llvm-pr-3008.

Tests not run; submodule pointer update only.
