By now just implemented for GF180mcu for 3.3V and 5V Sets 3.3V as the default domain for all the PDKs

Includes the support for 5V devices
Observation:
The layout is being generated DRC clean and the extracted view is recognizing the 5V. However, it seems tighter than the 5V pcell in klayout. I would like a second verification to check if those spacers aren't needed.
This branch is being built over previous ones. Please, if possible, approve #50 and #51 before including this one. On the other hand, I can isolate just the commits for this PR if required.
