Change mimcap option from A to B (met4-met5)

I remember Sapta commented sometime ago something regarding the mimcap config being updated, however, I couldn't see in the repo. So, as we are also using mimcaps, I'm submitting this small PR to update the configuration for mimcaps to option B.

Update:
I've tested recently with netgen, and still doesn't extract as mimcap. What happens is that we are a missing a layer (FuseTop) on top of metal 5 and the MIM_L_MK marker layer. Not yet in glayout, plan to add it later

Update 2:
The array of MIMCAP is not DRC clean. And couldn't find a way right now even with Klayout, will need to invest a bit more time to identify a good pattern for it.
