Proposed changes

Implemented a version check on app start using the sp-react-native-in-app-updates library. This ensures that users are notified of a newer app version available on the store, encouraging them to update and reducing issues caused by outdated versions.

I have used the same source code from my app which is working :)

To test this we have to make PlayStore or AppStore release (can be tested on internal only release)
