A demo project, demonstrating how to incorporate Elassandra (using Docker), NodeJS (specifically, Express), and React with Searchkit. To complement my two part blog post.
First to start Elassandra on two nodes:
docker-compose --project-name test -f ./ci/docker-compose.yml up -d --scale node=1
Then to start the live reloading React server, in the project directory, run:
You will also need to separately start the NodeJS server in a different terminal:
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.
See the section about running tests for more information.
Builds the app for production to the build
folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your react code is ready to be deployed!
This will eventually deploy the built react code with the express app and Elassandra docker containers
